RETURN
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order and please kindly keep them in neat condition and with the original packaging.
Please email us including your
order number, and
reason for return and it would be great if related pictures could be attached. We will then provide you with return instructions return address for you to ship your order back.
We will be responsible for return costs of faulty or incorrect orders
The return cost of exchanging orders or sending unwanted orders to us is the customer's responsibility.
REFUNDUpon receipt of your return package, we will send you a confirmation email.
All returned items will be inspected to see if it qualifies for a refund.
You will be refunded within 3 business days after we receive it once the return is approved and the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
You should expect to receive your refund in 7-10 days. however, in many cases, you will receive it more quickly. If you don't receive them in 10 days please contact your financial institution.
Cancel order
Please send us an order cancellation email within 24 hours after you place your order.
If the product has already been shipped out, we will be unable to cancel the order.
